Privacy Policy

The Greater Grand Rapids Ski Club (GGRSC) values the privacy of our members and takes reasonable measurers to protect member information. The information collected is very limited and thus any member risk is limited. GGRSC does not sell, lease, license or share any of your information with other organizations, except to allow each of our major advertising sponsors access to the list of active members up to two times annually to be used in mailings regarding promotions and or special offers. We carefully screen such offerings to be sure they are of particular interest to our membership. Credit card transactions use secure technology and credit card information is NOT recorded by the GGRSC or our website in either a temporary or permanent fashion.

A very limited number of club personnel enter and update information on our website and so have access to view and modify data. In addition, through the “Member Area” club members have access to modify and update their personal information.

Member information is available to other active club members through our “Member Search” facility, including name, address, phone numbers, email and listed interests. Member information is also included in our annual directory, which is distributed to our active membership list at the time of publication (usually January). The directory is not distributed to commercial organizations and it’s use as a source of information for solicitation is expressly forbidden.
