WELCOME TO TRAVEL GOLF WITH THE W M SKI CLUB THIS WEEK!

Monday Morning. May 202024 – Golf Information

W M SKI CLUB GOLFERS WANTED     Members and friends are invited

Hi to all the WM SKI CLUB traveling golfers and friends:

Join us for some Monday morning golf -- meet new people and chase the little white ball around as we  travel to some of the various courses in western Michigan.  We have been getting good numbers each week so come and explore courses with us !

On Monday May 20, 2024  the traveling golfers and friends will be heading northeast  to play at Glenkerry Golf Course near Greenville, Michigan.  This is a course we have enjoyed in the past. —( Interesting shorter fairways course)

Weather forecast:  83 degrees with some sun and clouds — slight chance of rain later in day possible.

Address:   1413 East Kent Rd.  Greenville, MI 48838  course phone: 616-225-4653

    Our five tee times  :  11:10  11:20  11:30  11:40  11:50  The senior rate ( 60+)   is $ 32.00 for 18 holes and a cart.   9 holes and a cart is $ 20.00.

Adult rate is $ 35.00 for 18 holes with a cart and $ 22 for 9 holes with a cart.

******    13 on your side Golf Card holders:  Bring your card to be punched  — You will pay for your cart only — less than  $ 10.00  This is the first course of the 10 that we are going to try to go to this season. We are the first group at Glenkerry that will be using these cards.

Please email   shirleyjnevins@gmail.com or call 616-361-8390 at home or 616-340-8586 on cell to reserve your spot.
    Please inform Shirley of
your intentions to play by Sunday evening at 8:00 PM  so we can make tee time adjustments if needed.
Let her know how many holes you plan on playing —9 or 18.

Apres golf:  Winters Inn Bar and Grill  in Greenville. Great place and nice variety of food.  Join us as this is a good way to get to know new friends.

                              100 N Lafayette St, Greenville, MI 48838.      616-754-7108

Please let Shirley know before we start golfing if you plan on going to the Winters Inn.  They will save us tables either on the patio or in the historic bar.

Note:  Those of you who play only 9 holes are welcome to go there together after your round. You just need to talk with each other before your round to make plans.  Some people have asked me about this.

Hope to see you Monday !!  Join your W M SKI CLUB friends for some golf  and socializing.

    Thanks,
    Shirley

Looking for discounts:  Go to Channel 13 on Your side and Look for the West Michigan Golf Tour card.  You can still order these until June 30. We will schedule most of these courses sometime in the spring, summer, or fall along with other favorites.
