We have planned a day of golf on MONDAY November 9, 2026 to Lake Doster near Plainwell.

It has been on the LOOK AHEAD for the last couple of emails with golf getaways planned ! This is a rain make up from last week !

Here is your chance to try a fairly new course for us that we have not done with the W M Ski Club Traveling Golf Gang this year !

It is a little bit of a drive but a fun course to play. The course is about 6 miles off of US -131 and M 43 / M 89 near Plainwell.

This is another beautiful course to play in the fall due to the great fall colors going on right now. Lake Doster has done some remodeling for their course with many new sand traps that we saw them building last year.

Join those that have already signed up ! Final Chance to try a fun course with hopefully a color tour on the side !

W M Ski Club GOLFERS WANTED: Bring your friends for a fun time. The weather looks to be good on Monday !

51 to 57 degrees + 0% Rain and mostly Sunny.

They gave us the same rates for all ages ! They remember our groups here.

Please inform Shirley of your intentions to play by Sunday at 5:30 PM so we can make tee time adjustments if needed.

The courses are closing early on some days and hard to reach to finalize our numbers. Let her know how many holes you plan on playing —9 or 18.

Apres golf: There is a great place to go after golfing as you travel back through Plainwell towards 131 X press way.

It is called Old Mill Brewpub and Grill. Address: 717 E Bridge St, Plainwell, MI 49080. (269) 204-6601. Hours are 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Historical Building.

I will keep going but some courses will be closed. I still have places we can go like

Thornapple Pointe, Kaufman, and Saskatoon as they all stay open later.

These are others that people have expressed interest in but are not booked yet.

These of course will happen with weather watching going on. So stay tuned for more updates.

Future November Plans: We may do some catch up ones for those with channel 13 cards that were not used if the courses are still open. You have to let me know which ones you have left over as I do not know all of you who bought this hospice card or the Channel 8 one.

These will be small group outings to catch some of you up to get the most use from your card.

Hopefully the weather stays great to get more events in ! Golf till the snow flies !
