Gather on the restaurant side where we can sit at lower tables pulled together and be able to include the whole group.
I tried for Sports Center Cafe near Maple Hill but it is closed on Mondays.
This course was picked as it has plenty of shade, shorter distances, and reasonable prices for another great day of golf. This course is centrally located for short distances to drive to for this week. It also has rain shelters on the course in case we need them.
Weather forecast: 79- 92 degrees 8- 10 mph winds No precipitation and lots of Sun.

LOOK AHEAD : I have 3 more courses that are booked for the month of July. These courses were all willing to work with us to book a little farther out with dates. Put these dates on your calendar so you do not miss these. More details will be provided as we get closer to the dates for each.
1. Monday July 20, 2026 - Yankee Springs Golf Course — Wayland Area
7 tee times starting at 11:00 AM This course is a Channel 13 card course.
Apres golf will be at the course in their outdoor patio area called “ The Shed” .
2. Saturday July 25, 2026 BONUS DAY: Links at Bowen Lakes — Gowen Area
7 Tee times starting at 3:30 PM. We are going on Saturday afternoon so the discount cards are allowed. This course is a Channel 13 card course + First Tee Card for great discounts.
We are trying to have a Saturday outing once a month for our working members. We will be returning to this course later in the summer on a Monday to play for cheaper prices. Those of you with the discount cards will have a great deal on this Saturday. This course is one of our favorites we visit every year.
After golf we will gather at the course for fun and food on the Back Deck overlooking the Back Nine. Great food so join us there.
3. Monday July 27, 2026 — Chase Hammond Golf Course — Muskegon Area
7 times starting at 11:00 AM This course is one of the most reasonably priced courses we will play this summer. They have offered Senior Rate prices to all of our players on that date. It is in beautiful shape with quite a bit of shade. It was one of our favorite courses to play the last couple of seasons. It is a Sister Course to Winding Creek that we just played.
