Come play in the snow at Swiss Valley Ski Area!
A small but quant ski area 1-1/2 hours south of Grand Rapids. Swiss Valley has 12 trails and 2 terrain parks with 100% snowmaking capability. Swiss Valley is a family owned resort. They are very interested in our ski club.
All members and guests are invited on Park and Ride Day Trip adventures!

Please register online www.wmskiclub.org under the Jan. 28 park and ride event.
This allows Shirley to contact everyone if any changes happen. Please include email and phone number on your registration. You will get a confirmation for your event and the trip leader will get one too with your information. Also include if you are going directly to the resort or will be meeting at 84th Street Grill Lot.
Planned Trip Itinerary: This is a new ski area for us to visit ! It seems to be a friendly place to ski and it is well kept up. Last year we skied powder all day and found the resort people to be very welcoming and fun.

1. Meet at the designated carpool lot and arrange rides. Meet at 84th Street Grill lot and 131. Meet at 8:00 AM. Meet in the main cafeteria in the Main Lodge ( Cafe 225’ ). 9:30- 10:00
2. Ski with friends (ticket on your own). We will try to offer discounts if possible. Hours are 9:30 to 9:30.
Possible discounts: Swiss Valley Season Pass. White Gold card
Regular Pricing; $ 64. Senior 60+ is $ 54. Military $ 54. They have a RFID system there.
3. Meet for lunch at 12:30 in the Swiss Valley Chalet Bar and Grill
4. More skiing fun in the afternoon. Ski with old and new friends
5. Après’ skiing at 4:00 in the Ski Area Lounge or Bar. ( time can be adjusted by group that is there).
6. Possible stop for dinner on the way home for those who don’t have to get right home. Apres Ski Plans:
Big T Brewpub in Lawton — Colorful Building on Main Street. Interesting place ! 155 N Main St, Lawton, MI 49065. Phone: (269) 624-12000 w Follow M 40 North to Lawton — M 40 will run into I 94 North of Lawton. The Brew Pub is about 22 miles from Swiss Valley.
The other option is a more local place that Ralph knows about. We can determine that with the group attending.
7.Drive home and share gas prices with your carpool friends.
