Gather on the restaurant side where we can sit at lower tables pulled together and be able to include the whole group.
I tried for Sports Center Cafe near Maple Hill but it is closed on Mondays.
This course was picked as it has plenty of shade, shorter distances, and reasonable prices for another great day of golf. This course is centrally located for short distances to drive to for this week. It also has rain shelters on the course in case we need them.
Weather forecast: There is a variety of weather conditions predicted on numerous sources. Cooler weather predicted. 62 to 69 degrees with some sun, intermittent clouds, and a possibility of rain showers.

This is Labor Day and this place was recommended by a couple of our players. It is a new course for us and they are not charging Holiday Rates for us ! It is near the city of Hastings — Southeast of Grand Rapids.
This would be a good one for those of you that work on our normal Mondays !

GOLF NOTES:
I have been trying to play the Channel 13 card courses every couple of weeks in order to go to all of them. After the Bowen Links outing, we will have traveled to 6 of the 10 courses.
I know some of you with cards have missed some of the ones we have done so far so if you let me know who you are and which courses you have missed, I can try to add some Bonus Days for those people to help you finish those cards as the value has been great. Email me the ones you missed and I will see what I can do to help you catch up. I have a second card so I can still go to some of them too. We can just do these with a foursome or two. These Bonus days would not be on Monday but other available days in my schedule.since most of the leagues are almost done.
The four we will still do on Mondays are: Moss Ridge, Waters Edge, Yankee Springs, and Pigeon Creek.
I will continue to mix these up usually every other week with some of our favorites that we have not done yet.
Later in the fall we will probably schedule some weeks with two events like we did last year in order to get all that we want to go to yet this 2025 season.
I save some of the more expensive courses that we like for later in the fall when the courses go to their fall rates !
