Wow everyone — We have been getting record numbers for our outings. I have had to add tee times for the last two weeks so this week I am starting with extra tee times. Just a note of thanks to all of you for paying attention to details and making our big outings run smoothly.

We have looked for a course with trees and shade due to the warm temperatures recently. So Ironwood is the choice as it is a shorter course with quite a few trees. It is usually in good shape with pretty flowers planted around the course.
Our traveling band of golfers is playing on Monday June 23 , 2025 at a southwest course for the W M Ski Club golfers. Ironwood Golf Course is a course just South of Grand Rapids. just off of M 6 and Wilson Ave. between Byron Center and Grandville.

The senior rate ( 60+) is $ 34.00 for 18 holes and a cart. It is $ 22.00 for 9 holes and a cart. The adult rate is $ 40.00 for 18 holes and a cart. It is $ 26.00 for 9 holes and a cart.

Due to the very hot forecast : Make sure to wear light colored clothing, drink tons of water, and try building up your electrolytes this weekend to help you. Try to stay in the shade and get in. an air conditioned area after golf. Good news is that it is going to be breezy so hopefully that helps some.
