January 21 Demo Day
Here are the details for the day.
Members : Special perks with Bill and Paul events +
Park and Ride event for Non Members
Bill & Paul’s is offering free special activities the fun on this park-n-ride event! Pre-registered members will be provided breakfast, an exclusive Elan ski demo, and an après party/raffle. Space is limited to 30 people so sign up today.
This part of the event will be an event for ski club members with a paid membership for 2024.
Agenda for members participating:
Meet up at the Post Road Carpool Lot at 7:00 AM. Or you can just meet us up at Caberfae Peaks.
***. Please let Shirley know by email if you are going to the carpool lot as it was not on the registration form for this special park and ride.
8:30am Check-in and breakfast available. Free for members only !
9:00-9:45am Presentations by Elan, Bill & Paul's, Caberfae, and the Club
10:00am-3:00pm Open ski with access to Elan demo skis
12:30 Lunch in the cafeteria upstairs — meet in the area that overlooks the fireplace from above. — Back tables
3:30-4:00pm Après beverage and raffle
4:30 Stay tuned for After skiing dinner plans: To Be Decided by group for a celebration of a great day with W M Ski Club Friends. Beatie’s Bar
This event will be based out of Beatie’s Bar & Grill located off the lobby of the Mackenzie Lodge.
You will be able to bring your gear bag in and leave it here for the day.
**** Park and Ride Skiers and non members are welcome to come skiing with us , meet us for lunch in the cafeteria upstairs and follow up with after skiing plans for dinner.
The Bill and Paul’s portion is for skiers with a ski club paid membership.

*****The only discount through Warren Miller this season. Voucher of $ 25.00 Monday - Friday.
See Shirley if you have no discount — Same as the ones you can get at Bill and Paul’s
She has some to use on park and rides. If you do not have one — ask Shirley at the carpool lot or at the resort in Beatie’s.
